**Kurzbeschreibung**:
Wir sind ein führendes E-Commerce-Unternehmen und suchen einen visionären und erfahrenen Creative Director (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Designstrategien, die unsere Marke stärken und unsere Konsumenten begeistern.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Leitung und Gestaltung digitaler Produkte zur Verbesserung von Konsumentenerlebnissen
- Führung und Entwicklung von Teams aus Digital-, 3D- und Motion-Designern, Grafikdesignern und Textern. Sicherstellung des Erfolgs großangelegter Projekte in komplexen Geschäftsumgebungen
- Kombination aus starker kreativer Vision und praktischer Mentalität. Effiziente Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams durch exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu handhaben, Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen und Projekte termingerecht sowie budgetkonform zu realisieren
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis aktueller UI-Trends und fundiertes Wissen über Märkte und Vertriebskanäle.
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von 360-Grad-Kampagnen, von der Konzeption bis zur Produktion, einschließlich Social Media Maßnahmen
- Planung und Durchführung von Foto-Shootings und Filmdrehs, mit Gesamtverantwortung für die kreative Ausrichtung und deren erfolgreiche Implementierung entlang der Customer Journey
- Etablierung neuer Standards und Leistungen in Bereichen wie Grafik, Motion Design, Texterstellung und Video
- Fachliche Führung und strategische Beratung in allen kreativen Fragen, Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops
- Effiziente Planung der Ressourcen und umfassendes Qualitätsmanagement in der Produktion
- Hervorragende sprachliche Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Kreativität und tiefes Verständnis für Marken und Zielgruppen, unterstützt durch verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur oder einem kreativen Unternehmen
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung und Umsetzung großangelegter kreativer Projekte
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in den Bereichen UI/UX-Design, Branding und Multichannel-Marketing
- Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen in der Kreativbranche
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
