Als Creative Director (m/w/d) leitest du unser derzeit 5-köpfiges Team an UX-/UI-Designer/-innen, Grafiker/-innen und Animation-Experts. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung über unterschiedlichste (Kunden-)Projekte im Bereich der digitalen Welt.
In Vollzeit am Standort München
Aufgaben
**Das erwartet dich als Creative Director (m/w/d) bei adabay**:
- Du leitest ein Team aus ausgebildeten Kreativköpfen und übernimmst Verantwortung für Koordination, Umsetzung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Produkten wie Webseiten, Apps, Tools, etc.
- Du entwickelst mit deinem Team zielgruppengerechte und innovative Design
- und Brandkonzepte für komplette Internetpräsenzen, unter Berücksichtigung nutzerzentrierter Ansätze
- Du unterstützt unser Kreativteam in dessen Weiterentwicklung und optimierst Abläufe und Arbeitsweisen
- Du förderst und entwickelst Skills & Methoden im Digitaldesign-Bereich wie z. B. UX/UI für digitale Anwendungen
- Du gestaltest strategische UX-Visionen, skizzierst Lösungswege und steuerst die fachliche Umsetzung im Team
- Im direkten Kundenkontakt führst du Verkaufsgespräche, Workshops und Konzept-Gespräche
- Du arbeitest an Projekten für namenhafte Kunden wie beispielsweise Infineon, HypoVereinsbank, Munich Re, THW Jugend, uvm.
Qualifikation
**Was du als Creative Director (m/w/d) mitbringen solltest**:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Adobe Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, Atlassian, Sketch-Up und anderen 3D-Modellierungs-Tools
- Sicherer Umgang mit Product Field & Agile Scrum für die Koordination und Organisation von Teams und Projekten
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in leitender Position, bestenfalls in der Agentur-Branche
- Affinität für die Digital-Branche sowie dazugehörige Produkte wie Apps, Websites und Co.
- Verhandlungssicheres und souveränes Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und langjährige Erfahrung in Kundenführung, Projektakquisition sowie Verkaufsgesprächen
- Außerordentliche Kreativität, hoher Anspruch und Gespür für neue Trends in den Bereichen Social Media und Brand Experience
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im UX-Umfeld (Research, UX/UI, Customer Journey, User Driven Approach, uvm.) und Begeisterung für datengestütztes Arbeiten
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse
