**Associate Creative Director**

**OVERVIEW**:

Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.

The Marketing team is responsible for the acquisition and retention of customers through all marketing channels. Working in close collaboration with Product, Comms and the Sales departments to drive the growth and reputation of Sportradar products, services and brands to the industry, clients and partners. The team is responsible for a unified appearance of the Sportradar brand to internal and external stakeholders throughout all campaigns produced and marketing channels used.

**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) that has exceptional skills to add to our in-house creative studio.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, and motion designers, in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables
- Lead and review the work of the creative teams and external supplier for all web, print, video, and digital marketing collaterals, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design and digital technology
- Building out, follow and maintain brand guidelines to promote visual design best practices and ensure all design projects are consistent with brand guidelines
- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences
- Collaborate with product marketing in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements in collaboration with our Resource and Project Coordinator, based on short
- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers and external suppliers (e.g. design freelancers/agencies, video producer, copy writers)
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the global acting creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Significant relevant experience in leading the creative process & art direction, with direct experience leading and managing creatives / creative teams.
- Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget
- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
- Proven ability to develop successful concepts
- Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
- Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Effective communication skills, ability to verbalize ideas and concepts
- Collaborative spirit, ability to work within departments both in the office and remote
- Real passion, curiosity and genuine interest for design and technology
- Flexible and willing to learn new technologies and able to deliver projects successfully in an international environment
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiar with common design and prototyping software (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision)
- UX/UI experience is a plus
- Experience in directing and guiding motion art, video editing and 3D modelling
- Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail
