In Form einer befristeten Elternzeitvertretung auf 24 Monate suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n „Communications Lead (w/m/d) Region North East Europe“ dessen Position sich aus drei Aufgabenbereichen zusammensetzt.

**Was tragen Sie bei?**
- Zum einen verantworten Sie die übergeordnete Koordination der internen und externen Kommunikation der Region North-East Europe, zu der die Länder Schweiz, Österreich - aber auch die nordischen Staaten und Länder in Osteuropa sowie Israel gehören.
- Dabei sind Sie Teil des Managementteams der Region und erste Ansprechperson sowie Beratender für alle Kommunikations-Themen.
- Innerhalb Ihres umfangreichen Aufgabengebiets tragen Sie u.a. die Personal
- und Budgetverantwortung, erstellen eine Kommunikationsstrategie, und sorgen für eine gelungene externe und interne CEO-Positionierung, insbesondere für Social Media.
- Sie unterstützen inhaltlich sowie organisatorisch bei Messen und Industrieevents: Besonders im Fokus steht die kommunikative Planung der anstehenden Fachmesse InnoTrans, unter enger Einbeziehung von Management und Vertriebseinheiten.
- Ferner erstellen Sie Videoskripts, Präsentationen, Reden und Interviewbotschaften für das Top-Management und bereiten bspw. Krisenkommunikation vor, die zwischen den Ländern, der Presseabteilung und der Konzernzentrale abgestimmt ist.
- Zum anderen agieren Sie als Communications Business Partner (w/m/d) für den Leiter der Siemens Mobility Organisation Deutschland. Der Leiter dieser deutschen Geschäftsbereiche ist gleichzeitig auch der CEO der Region Nordosteuropa.
- Sie steuern die strategische Kommunikation und stimmen sich dabei eng mit den Kommunikationsleitern der zentralen Geschäftseinheiten der Siemens Mobility ab.
- Sie verantworten die redaktionelle Erarbeitung von Formaten der internen Kommunikation und deren praktische Umsetzung.
- Zudem konzipieren Sie eine Employer Branding Kampagne und setzen diese um.
- Außerdem planen und führen Sie Kundenevents und Sponsorings durch, und unterstützen bei Messen und Kongressen in Deutschland.
- Zum dritten Arbeiten Sie als Communications Business Partner (w/m/d) für die Länder Schweden, Finnland und die baltischen Staaten und betreuen das dortige Management in allen Belangen der Unternehmenskommunikation, von Social Media, über Krisenkommunikation bis hin zu Messeauftritten - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

**Was bringen Sie mit?**
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master / Diplom) der Kommunikations-, Medien
- oder Sozialwissenschaften bzw. BWL oder vergleichbar.
- Ferner bringen Sie langjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation in leitender Position mit, idealerweise im B2B Marketing in einem technischen Umfeld.
- Sie wissen, worauf es bei der Leadership Kommunikation ankommt, und beherrschen die Klaviatur der internen und externen Kommunikation.
- Sie sind auf den relevanten Social Media Plattformen zu Hause und haben diese auch schon im B2B-Umfeld mit Erfolg eingesetzt. Zudem verfügen Sie über weitreichende Expertise im Bereich Event
- und Kongressmanagement.
- Erfahrung im Mobilitätsbereich und/oder im Servicegeschäft ist von Vorteil.
- Fließende, schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
