**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Du unterstützt das Team Product Communication dabei, die Informationen für Kund*innen vollständig, korrekt und auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
- Du bist an der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Online-Hilfeportals beteiligt und machst dort unterschiedliche Informationsformate zugänglich
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Aktualisierung von Handbüchern und Dokumentationen
- Du ergänzt Video-Tutorials mit Inhalten aus unseren Dokumentationen und bereitest sie für unser Online-Hilfeportal auf
- Du übersetzt und redigierst Texte
- Dein Ziel ist es, unsere Tools und Softwareprodukte zu verstehen, um selbstständig ein Handbuch zu einem neuen Feature erstellen zu können

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Du befindest dich aktuell im Studium eines der folgenden oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs: Digital Learning, Technical Editing/Technische Kommunikation, UI/UX Design, Geisteswissenschaften & Sprachen, IT/Tech, Medienmanagement
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Texterstellung und kannst dich akkurat, klar und präzise ausdrücken
- Es fällt dir leicht, komplexe Konzepte und Sachverhalte zu erklären
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Software ein
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen, und möchtest selbstständig arbeiten. Dabei scheust du dich nicht, um Hilfe zu bitten, wenn du sie benötigst
