Wir suchen für das Directorate General am Standort Bonn zum 1. Mai 2024 bzw. nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Policy Officer (w/m/d) Grant Management in freier Mitarbeit befristet für ein Jahr.
UNSER ANGEBOT
Identifikation und Analyse relevanter Gesetzgebung und legislativer Prozesse auf EU-Ebene zu den Themenfeldern Medien, Medienregulierung, Informationsfreiheit, Demokratieförderung, Desinformation
Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von Advocacymaßnahmen in diesen Themenfeldern
Vorbereitung von Terminen und Meetings mit europäischen Stakeholdern und Partnern
Erstellung von Briefings für den Leiter European Affairs und den Intendanten
Kontaktpflege mit internationalen politischen Akteuren, insbesondere EU
Recherche von für Medien relevanten Förderprogrammen, insbesondere EU
Mitwirkung beim Schreiben von Projekt
- Anträgen und Management von Ausschreibungsverfahren
Betreuung von DW-Fachabteilungen bei der Entwicklung und der Durchführung von EU-finanzierten Drittmittelprojekten
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
abgeschlossenes Studium der Politikwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
nachweisliche Arbeitserfahrung in internationalen Organisationen wie EU, UN etc.
fundierte Kenntnis der Akteure, Arbeitsweise und Funktionen der EU-Institutionen, insbesondere von Gesetzgebungsverfahren
umfassender Überblick zu medienpolitischen und außenpolitischen Fragen
ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denken
erfolgreich durchgeführte Bewerbungen auf EU-Förderprogramme
exzellente Englischkenntnisse (idealerweise auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
