Inabata Europe GmbH is a Japanese trading company with office in Germany.

Inabata is run according to our Vision: "to continually evolve, serving clients and society through our global operations and meeting their changing needs." We are promoting to raise awareness and understanding of these statements by having them publicized on internal and external communications platforms.

As we are expanding continuosly in the Europan market, we are looking to strengthen our Business Development and Sales Team with a new member

**Your Tasks**
- Reasearch and understand the Europen market depending on the sector critereas
- Create, Develop and Maintaining High-Level Decision Marking Contacts in the Industry
- Identifying and Contacting the Buying Centre and Customer Support Functions (e.g. Planning, Purchasing, R&D, Finance)
- Identifying the Market Trends and its Production Methods
- Take responsability for development and coordination of the identifiied opportunity in cooperation with other divions and local subsidiaries
- Observing the Market and Competition
- Travel to customer locations to present company products, services and pricing in a professional manner
- Maintain appropriate records for the development of sales forecasts for each account in our system
- Generating and processing new sales leads

**Your profile**
- University degree, MBA or equivalent academic qualification
- Intellectually curious and capable of quickly learning new solutions, technologies and understanding value delivered to various buyers
- Passionate about sales and building positive relationships
- Interest in working in international organizations and within an international setting
- Effective teamwork, networking and collaboration skills with ability to get things done in a matrixed environment with distributed teams
- Ability to combine strategic and tactical imperatives
- Exercise strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work in unstructured environments and situations providing self-direction and self-motivation
- Strong communication and people skills at all business levels
- Fluency in English and Japanese are a must for this position, plus another language.
- Frequent travel within the EU region and intercontinental
