- FLEXIBEL- VOLLZEIT- 01.03.2024**DIRECTOR SALES DACH (w/m/d)**:
Als Sales Director für unseren DACH Markt leiten Sie eines unserer wichtigsten regionalen Sales Teams. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team verantworten Sie so alle Vertriebsaktivitäten und die Umsatzentwicklung für das komplette Produktportfolio des Verlages. Zudem übernehmen Sie die Strategieentwicklung und -bewertung, um u.a. für die Sicherstellung des Sales Wachstums zu sorgen. Die Stelle ist unbefristet.
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Mitgestaltung und Einführung neuer Geschäftsmodelle, insbesondere in Verbindung mit der OA-Transformation, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Einführung neuer Vertriebspläne inkl. Strategieverhandlungen
- Erarbeitung und Implementierung/Überwachung einer Verkaufsstrategie
- Analyse und Erschließung neuer Produkt
- und Kundenpotentiale
- Performancebewertung, Ergebnispräsentationen und Erfolgskontrollen
- Regelmäßige Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Potentialanalysen
- Professionelle und kompetente Repräsentation des Verlages
- Steuerung der verantworteten Budgets
**IHR PROFIL**:
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Verlagswesen inkl. entsprechender Netzwerke
- Professionelles Kundenmanagement in Kombination mit sehr guten Marktkenntnissen
- Erfahrung in der Strategieentwicklung von Vertriebsaktivitäten im Verlagsgeschäft
- Datenaffinität, Interesse an und Vertrautheit mit digitalen Technologien
- Gute MS-Office
- und Internet-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen, idealerweise SalesForce
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, interkulturelle Sensibilität - auch im Change Management, Führungs
- sowie Team
- und Integrationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
