Ihre Aufgabe

Als Director Sales & Marketing DACH (m/w/d) der SRH Hochschulen Berlin GmbH, liegt die zuständig bei sämtlichen Marketing
- und Salesaktivitäten für die auf den Bereich DACH ausgerichteten Programme der Standorte der SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Hamburg und Dresden
Entwicklung und Roll-Out einer Marketing
- und Sales-Strategie, mit Budget-, Umsatz und Ergebnisverantwortung

**Führung und Steuerung von Mitarbeiter**: Innen im Bereich Marketing & Sales
Planung des strategischen Produktportfolios für die deutschsprachigen Märkte sowie konsequente Umsetzung des neuen Markendesigns der Hochschule
Optimierung der Customer Journey entlang des Sales Funnels DACH (Prozesse, Touchpoints inkl. Website, Interessenten
- und Bewerbermanagement, Marketing Automation, CRM)

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä.
Englisch verhandlungssicher
Führungserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Sales für private Hochschulen
Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Bereich Studierendenrekrutierung
