In der Abteilung** Project Management** von E&T wirst Du Teil des Teams, das den globalen Anlagenbau im Bayer Konzern verantwortet. Als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Betreibern sowie externen Planern und Lieferanten steuern unsere Projektleiter jährlich nahezu 100 unterschiedlichste Investitionsprojekte von der Projektidee bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme.

- Die Leitung und Steuerung der Investitionsprojekte der BAYER Group in der Ausführungsphase als Disziplin-Lead für das Construction Management gegenüber der externen Bauleitung an unseren deutschen Standorten
- Die Förderung der Zusammenarbeit von internen und externen Partnern zur Unterstützung der Planung und Sicherstellung der Ausführungsqualität in allen Projektphasen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und der Abnahme des Projekts innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeit
- und Budgetrahmens
- Das Stakeholdermanagement unter Berücksichtigung der Verantwortlichkeiten vor Ort - Reisen zu Baustellen und Projekten nach Bedarf
- Die Auswahl externer, nationaler und internationaler Bau
- und Montagepartner und Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen und effektiven Kommunikation
- Die Entwicklung von Bau
- und Montagekonzepten, Abstimmung der Ausführungsstrategie, Etablierung einer sicheren Arbeitskultur auf der Baustelle, Durchführung von Baubarkeitsprüfungen und Machbarkeitsstudien, Befähigung und Einbindung von externen Partnern (als Bauherrenvertretung) für Deine Verantwortungsbereiche mit Schwerpunkt Brownfield
- Bereichsübergreifendes Engagement im Austausch von Best Practices und innovativen Methoden und Technologien für das Construction Management

- und
Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, die Du suchst, **auch in Teilzeit**.
- Hochschulabschluss (Master oder PhD) in Ingenieurwissenschaften im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder
gleichwertiger technischer Abschlusserfahrung; entsprechende Berufserfahrung wird berücksichtigt
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Baustellen vorzugsweise in der Life-Science und Pharmaindustrie und entsprechende Erfahrung
in verschiedenen Vertragsmodellen, wie EPC, EPCM, ME&C
- Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, Claims-Management, im Arbeitsschutz
- und Arbeitszeitrecht
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und teamorientierte, fachliche Führungsqualitäten mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung
- Sicheres Agieren im Umgang mit Ungewissheit und Veränderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir nutzen die Möglichkeiten des hybriden Arbeitens flexibel. Um Gemeinschaft und Zusammenarbeit erlebbar zu machen, sind wir mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche am Einsatzort.
