**Das sind Deine Projekte**

Das Digital Transformation Team innerhalb des Business Controllings von Uniper unterstützt den Geschäftsbereich dabei, die Vorteile der Digitalisierung zu nutzen, um ein starker, zuverlässiger und schneller Business Partner für die verschiedenen Geschäftsfunktionen von Uniper zu sein.
Werde Teil unserer Energy Evolution Folgende spannende und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben sind Teil der Rolle:

- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Konzeption, dem Prototyping, der Erstellung sowie dem operativen Betrieb von hochmodernen interaktiven und informativen Berichten und Dashboards für das Performance Management und die finanzielle Steuerung auf der Microsoft Power BI Plattform von Uniper
- Sparringspartner für unsere Kollegen in allen Fragen rund um die Microsoft Power Plattform (insbesondere Power BI, Power App und Power Automate)
- Unterstützung und Wissensvermittlung im Bereich Digitalisierung und digitale Tools an interne Stakeholder innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der internen Stakeholder-Kommunikation und von Zeit zu Zeit bei anderen administrativen, meist projektbezogenen Aufgaben

**Wie Du ins Team kommst**
- Student der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Unternehmensberatung, Informationstechnologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Mathematik oder ähnliches
- Praktische Arbeitserfahrung mit Microsoft Office & Microsoft Power Platform, insbesondere Power BI sind ein Muss; praktische Erfahrungen mit anderen Business Intelligence Tools wie Tableau oder Qlik sind ein Plus
- Affinität und nachweisliches Know-how über Informationstechnologien und Datenanalyse/Wissenschaft in einem geschäftlichen Umfeld, insbesondere im Hinblick auf (große) Datawarehouse-Lösungen (z. B. Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Cloud) und zugehörige Programmiersprachen (z. B. SQL, DAX, Python)
- Leidenschaft für Operational Excellence, agiles Arbeiten und Business Transformation
- Gute Kenntnisse im Stakeholder
- und Prozessmanagement sowie analytisches Denken
- Proaktivität und die Fähigkeit, in unterschiedlichen Umgebungen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Englisch ein Muss; Deutsch ein Plus) und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 12 Monate; idealerweise mehr
