**RECEPTIONIST M/F/d**

**JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Receptionist you are the professional first face to greet internal and external staff of all levels, customers, vendors, suppliers and other third parties visiting our office. After welcoming, you direct them appropriately and notify the respective staff. You have ensured that all safety measures have been taken and if necessary, the meeting room is ready to go.

With a high degree of dedication and service orientation you are assisting staff, not only local, upon booking of hotels, train tickets and rental cars. Also, the coordination of larger meetings or events, upon special requests, are no problem for you.

**Reception**: You are dedicated to welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; You are answering or referring inquiries and screening phone calls.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions and keeping the reception area tidy.

**Health & Safety**: You are responsible for maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. As well as maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with health and safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

**Utilities**
- Managing all postal and courier requirements and ensuring accurate deliveries to personnel
- Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms and maintain the office supplies and inventories
- Ad hoc administration Duties
- Booking of hotels, train tickets and rental cars
- You are updating the reception electronic information systems, calendars, news, telephone lists, etc.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- A 1 to 3 years receptionist experience or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the English language
- PC skills such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good Communication (written and verbal) skills, good Telephone skills
- Planning and Organization
- Innovation, Improvement and Teamwork.
- Strong customer focus and service
- Well-groomed, punctual and able to adapt quickly to changes required in day-to-day tasks
