**DEINE MISSION**:

- Als Team Lead verantwortest du den Ausbau sowie die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams aus aktuell 3 Talent Acquisition Managern und einer Werkstudentin und berichtest dabei direkt an die CHRO.
- Als Projektleiter von übergreifenden Projekten betreust du die Weiterentwicklung des Employer Branding und des Talent Relationship Managements - hier arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Departments zusammen.
- Du bist Sparringspartner für dein Team, hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und gibst die richtigen Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung.
- Tracking, Auswertung und Evaluation von KPIs sowie die Ableitung von geeigneten Maßnahmen sind dein daily business.
- Als leidenschaftlicher Recruiting-Experte kennst du bewährte Praktiken, beobachtest neue Trends und treibst die unterschiedlichen Wachstumsthemen federführend voran.

- Du blickst auf tiefgehende Erfahrungen in der Leitung und im Aufbau von Teams im Bereich Talent Acquisition zurück.
- Dein Studium hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Inhouse-Recruiter und Erfahrung im Employer Branding mit.
- Ein agiles und dynamisches Umfeld ist für dich nichts Neues, Erfahrungen in Scaleups bringst du idealerweise auch mit.
- Du bist ein erfahrener Allrounder und fühlst dich sowohl mit konzeptionellen wie auch mit operativen Aufgaben wohl.
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind TipTop.
