**Your Mission at GetHenry**:
The Business Development Team at GetHenry contributes to the growth of our company through lead generation and by developing winning customer value propositions. As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Business Development Director and will contribute to the growth of the company by catering to small B2B customers, mainly in Germany and Austria.
Your main tasks will include:
- Generating leads;
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services;
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and promotions;
- Coordinating sales efforts together with marketing programs;
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders;
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports;
- General sales support: maintaining client records and answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
**Your skills and qualifications**:
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and supplier
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills
- Collaborative and hands-on attitude
- First experience in sales or customer service, including sales negotiation
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
