**PVT Financial Advisors SE** ist eine stark wachsende Financial Advisory Firm, die unter zwei separaten Marken Dienstleistungen im Bereich komplexer Unternehmensbewertungen und Financial Advisory sowie Investment Banking-Dienstleistungen für große und mittelgroße M&A Transaktionen anbietet, mit Hauptstandorten in Frankfurt am Main und München.
Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n **Head of Administration**.

**AUFGABEN**
- Verantwortung für die Group Service-Bereiche Human Resources, Legal / Compliance und Marketing / Branding
- Planung, Steuerung und Koordination der genannten Group Service-Bereiche der gesamten PVT-Gruppe unter enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweils bereichsverantwortlichen Mitgliedern des Leadership Teams (Vorstände und Geschäftsführer)
- Führung und Entwicklung der genannten Group Service-Teams an den Standorten München und Frankfurt
- Verantwortung und Steuerung der System-, Methoden
- und Prozessoptimierung der jeweiligen Group Service-Bereiche
- Verantwortung und Steuerung interner Projekte zu Themen wie Digitalisierung, Datenschutz und Marketing
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister wie Datenschutzbeauftragter, IT-Dienstleister, KYC-Dienstleister, Personalberater und themenbezogen externer Rechtsberater
- Arbeitsort entweder Frankfurt am Main oder München

- Zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Erfahrung mit Multi-Stakeholder Management
- Starke Hands-on Mentalität, hohes Engagement / Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent
- Ergebnisorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken, analytisch-strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit einschlägigem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in disziplinarischer & fachlicher Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängiger ERP-Software und MS Office
