**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Beratung, Analyse und Bewertung der Rückversicherungsprogramme der Talanx AG Tochterunternehmen international
- Detaillierte Prüfung der Rückversicherungsstrukturen von europäischen Erstversicherungsunternehmen
- Beratung der Kund:innen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Rückversicherungsmakler:innen
- Platzierung von Rückversicherungsverträgen im Retrozessionsmarkt
- Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten
- Anwendung aktueller Quotierungsverfahren und Begleitung des Benchmark (Pricing) Prozesses, inkl. Bedienung und Analyse der Zeichnungsstrategien und Ratierungstools in Zusammenarbeit mit Aktuar:innen
- Vertragsadministration von Rückversicherungsverträge, Führen des Vertragsbestandes, Informationsaufbereitung und Analyse der Daten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Aktuar:innen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Reinsurance-Underwriting
- oder Reinsurance-Broking-Berufserfahrung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes relevantes Bachelor
- oder Master-Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit staatlich geprüfter Fortbildung, vorzugsweise in der Erst
- oder Rückversicherung
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreude bei der Erledigung der genannten Aufgaben unter Berücksichtigung (zeitlicher) Zielvorgaben
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sicherheit und Spaß am Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden
