Establishment and enhancement of a contemporary accounting framework for Talanx cedents in Latin America. Validation and reconciliation of reinsurance data to facilitate the processing of account statements and balances for Talanx AG and Talanx Reinsurance Broker. Quality assurance, coordination, and timely delivery of accounting information for both internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration and assistance in the development and optimization of technical tools and applications utilized within the accounting workflow. Communication with internal and external clients in an internationally diverse environment, including the reconciliation of reinsurance account statements. Development of standardized accounting processes for cedents.Candidate Profile:
Professional qualifications in economics or related fields. Preferably, experience in insurance and/or reinsurance, as well as financial or technical accounting. Ideally, familiarity with reinsurance accounting systems (ProRis, Re7, SAP FS-RI). A motivated and empathetic team player, eager to embrace new responsibilities and challenges. An open and solution-focused mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, with experience in handling large datasets (SQL, Power-BI).
