**HSE Specialist*in (m/w/d)**

Global Tech I liefert als Betreiber des gleichnamigen Offshore-Windparks einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energiewende. Mit unserem 400-Megawatt-Kraftwerk in der Nordsee produzieren wir grünen Strom für etwa 450.000 Haushalte. Den Grundstein haben wir im Jahr 2010 gelegt und den Park in einer einzigartigen Pionierleistung geplant und errichtet. Den seit 2015 bestehenden Betrieb koordinieren wir sowohl von unserem Standort in Hamburg als auch durch unser Offshore-Personal innerhalb des Windparks. Bei uns sind sie nicht allein auf hoher See, sondern Teil unseres offenen und innovativen Teams. Gemeinsam gestalten wir die Zukunft von Global Tech I als nachhaltiger, effizienter und erfolgreicher Windparkbetreiber.

**Was Sie bei uns erwartet**:
Die Abteilung Betriebskoordination bildet die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Offshore-Betrieb und unserem Standort in Hamburg und stellt dabei sicher, dass alle organisatorischen Voraussetzungen für den Offshore-Betrieb gewährleistet werden. Neben den Themenfeldern Logistik und Einsatzplanung für unsere Umspannplattform fällt hierunter auch die Arbeitssicherheit. In der Funktion als HSE-Specialist*in (m/w/d) agieren Sie als operative Schnittstelle zwischen den Offshore-Teams und unserem Büro in Hamburg, insbesondere für alle HSE-Belange.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Operative Schnittstelle der Betriebskoordination zu den Offshore-Teams auf der Umspannplattform, insbesondere für HSE-Belange
- Regelmäßige Begehungen im Windpark mit Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
- Umsetzung der Arbeitspunkte aus den Begehungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stellen im Unternehmen
- Mitarbeit in der Erstellung und Anpassung von Vorgabedokumenten wie z.B. Betriebsanweisungen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Verfahrensanweisungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Anpassung und Verwaltung von unternehmensinternen Schulungen innerhalb einer E-Learning Software
- Weiterentwicklung der Betriebskoordination, der Arbeitssicherheit, des abwehrenden Brandschutzes und des Umweltschutzes in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern im Unternehmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teammitgliedern der Betriebskoordination inklusive Vertretungsfunktion für Helikopterlogistik und Trainingsorganisation
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Offshore-Einsätzen von bis zu 2 Wochen pro Einsatz

**Warum Sie zu uns passen könnten**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technisch-handwerklichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise Studium mit technischem oder maritimem Schwerpunkt
- Erfahrungen in der Offshore-Wind Industrie oder dem maritimen Sektor sind wünschenswert
- Interesse an sicherheitstechnischen Aspekten, Erfahrungen in der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr/ THW o.ä
- Idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sowie Offshore-Trainings nach GWO, STCW, NOGEPA
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
