**Verantwortungsbereich**
Im Austausch mit der internationalen Auftragsbearbeitung und Buchhaltung der Hauptniederlassung von Speedgoat in der Schweiz, übernehmen Sie die operative Verantwortung in untenstehenden Bereichen und arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden und Geschäftspartnern zusammen.
Finanzbuchhaltung
- Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Rechnungsprüfung
- Kontierung und Verbuchung der Debitoren sowie das Mahnwesen
- Abrechnungen innergemeinschaftliche Lieferungen (Lieferungen innerhalb EU / EU Verzollung) inkl. Erstellung der dazugehörigen Meldungen
- Inter-Company Verrechnung
- Unterstützung beim Jahresabschluss
Operations
- Verantwortliche Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen einschließlich Rechnungsstellung für Kunden in Deutschland
- Betreuung von Maintenance
- und Service-Vereinbarungen
- Abwicklung der erforderlichen Import
- und Exportformalitäten
- Verantwortung für sämtliche operative HR-Aufgaben
- Office Management und vereinzelt Korrespondenz
- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
**Profil**
- Abgeschlossenen kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, hoher Anspruch an die Qualität der eigenen Arbeit.
- Erfahrung in der Finanz
- und Betriebsbuchhaltung sowie Führungserfahrung in vergleichbaren Funktionen
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS365, MS Teams, ERP- und CRM-Systeme)
