Wir suchen Sie als erfahrenen Project Controller (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Mannheim. Sie begleiten unsere Projekte von Ausschreibungsphase bis hin zum Projektabschluss. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören neben der finanziellen Begleitung des Projektes ebenso die Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Angebotserstellung und Claim Management. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Durchführung der Kalkulationsprüfung
- Vertragsanalyse und -gestaltung sowie Teilnahme an Kundenverhandlungen
- Durchführung der Risk Reviews
- Erstellung von Projektrechnungen, Finanzbuchhaltung und Berichterstattung gemäß IFRS und HGB
- Steuerung des Umsatzes und Projekt-Cashflows wie auch Streben nach Optimierungen
- Finanzierungsbeschaffung und finanzielle Abwicklung von Aufträgen sowie Beantragung, Prüfung und Überwachung von projektspezifischen Garantien
- Durchführung des Claim Managements
- Ausübung des Risikomanagements (Erfassung, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken und Chancen), u.a. im Rahmen des Project-Review-Prozesses
Ihr Hintergrund
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossenen Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (SD- und PS-Modul)
- Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
- Kenntnisse in vertragsrechtlichen Grundlagen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit Kunden
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft bis zu 25%
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität
