Wir sind ein sich in Familienbesitz befindlicher Hersteller von Grillgeräten und Grillzubehör mit Sitz in Columbus, Georgia, USA und vertreiben Outdoor-Kochgeräte in Kanada, Lateinamerika, Australien. Wir suchen einen engagierten und sachkundigen **Logistics Coordinator (w/m/d)**, der unser Team verstärkt. Unter der direkten Aufsicht des Leiters der Logistik ist der Logistics Coordinator verantwortlich für die tägliche operative Kommunikation mit allen Drittlogistikdienstleistern (Lager und Transport) und die Überwachung der lieferkettenbezogenen Aktivitäten gemäß den Richtlinien und Verfahren von Char-Broil EU.

**Logistics Coordinator (w/m/d)**

**Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich**
- Erster Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Interessengruppen (Third Party Logistics - 3PL) für die täglichen Logistikoperationen
- Auftragsmanagement - Überwachung der Auftragsabwicklung durch 3PL
- Erster Ansprechpartner für den internen und externen Kundenservice sowie Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Verfolgung und Rückverfolgung von Bestellungen
- Überwachung/Vergabe/Korrektur von fehlgeschlagenen IDOCs
- 10-15% Reisetätigkeit zu unseren 3PL-Standorten in Deutschland, Dänemark und Großbritannien
- Ad-hoc-Aufgaben nach vernünftigem Bedarf

**Was Du mitbringen solltest**
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain oder einem verwandten Bereich
- 3 Jahre in einem Unternehmen der Konsumgüterbranche und fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Lager
- und Transportlogistik
- MS Office-Kenntnisse - Word, Teams, Excel sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP S4 Hana und den damit verbundenen elektronischen Dateninterfaces (IDOCs) mit 3PL
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken, ergebnisorientiert, Belastbarkeit, organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie stressresistent
