**Das machen Sie bei uns**:
Schwerpunkt ist das Projektmanagement kleiner **Umbau
- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen** (bis ca. 100.000€).
- Abwicklung des gesamten Projektes: Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Budgetierung, Beauftragung, Projektsteuerung, Reporting, Kosten
- und Rechnungskontrolle
- Selbständige Identifizierung, Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Maßnahmen am Standort DZ BANK Frankfurt
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten sowie mit dem Baumanagement
- Leitung und Mitwirkung an diversen Meetings im Rahmen des Projekts
- Aktive und regelmäßige Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von neuen Ideen und Vorschlägen zur Energie
- und Kostenoptimierung für den Kunden

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung aus dem Bereich Bau-, Gebäude
- oder Betriebstechnik oder Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft / Facility Management
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (wünschenswert im Bereich von Umbau, Modernisierung und Modernes Arbeiten)
- Berufserfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse und SAP Erfahrungen sind wünschenswert
