After completion of the INspire program you will continue your career in the following business area:

- As ITM we are responsible for the global IT strategy, the successful digitization and transformation of business processes as well as for a sustainable technology landscape at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG.**Qualifikationen**:
**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire:
- Professionals with relevant work experience in IT governance and risk managementand leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months
- International experience of at least 6 months
- Excellent academic university degree (MBA or Master)
- Ability to communicate with different management levels
- Fluent in Business English and good German skills
- Significant agile mindset
- Impressive social engagement
- Extended digital know-how
- Tech Enthusiast with strong computer science background
- Experience in Experience in digital project management
- Interest in transforming our organization from a Hardware Driven to a Software Driven Company
- Capability of complex problem solving

As a charismatic personality, you can inspire and motivate a team to give their best You are empathic, authentic and have the power to persuade You use state-of-the-art tech stacks to advance various processes and products in the transformation, also from a cost perspective.
