Wir suchen ab sofort eine Assistenz, die sowohl unser Management im Büroalltag tatkräftig unterstützt als

auch die Organisation des BackOffices übernimmt und dabei einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherstellt. Mit

Erfahrung und dem entsprechenden Know-how übernimmst du die täglich anfallenden organisatorischen und

administrativen Aufgaben und bist darüber hinaus zentraler und vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für sowohl

die interne Belegschaft als auch für externe Ansprechpartner des Managements.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

Selbständige Koordination und Organisation des BackOffices

Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme sämtlicher Assistenz
- und Administrationstätigkeiten wie z. B. die

Terminplanung, -koordination und -überwachung, die Unterstützung des Managements im Tagesgeschäft,

etc.

Komplette Organisation von Dienstreisen des Managements

Professionelle, freundliche und vertrauensvolle Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden

Unterstützung der zentralen Funktionen wie Human Resources, Labormanagement, Einkauf, etc.

Zeitweise Übernahme der Telefonzentrale in deutscher und englischer Sprache (im Bedarfsfall)

Du hast Erfahrung in der Büroführung und weißt, wie man den Vorgesetzten bei herausfordernder Arbeitslage

den Rücken freihält. In Deiner Position im BackOffice arbeitest Du eng, konstruktiv und vertrauensvoll mit dem

FrontOffice sowie anderen Zentralfunktionen in unserem Institut zusammen und unterstützt diese tatkräftig im

Tagesgeschäft.

**Was du mitbringst: **

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder ein

abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches (oder vergleichbares) Studium

Eine einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der Assistenz und dem Führen eines Sekretariats/Offices ist

wünschenswert

Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Integrität, dazu Eigeninitiative, Engagement sowie

Begeisterungsfähigkeit

Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (schriftlich wie verbal)

Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, auch im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
