**Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)**:
**Daran werden Sie wachsen**:

- Sie bauen aktiv unser Active Sourcing auf und entwickeln erfolgreiche Suchstrategien zur Identifikation von Fach
- und Führungstalenten
- Sie verantworten über zielgruppenspezifische Kandidaten:innenansprache die Talentakquise über Active Sourcing
- Sie übernehmen die Vorauswahl und führen Interviews (digital / persönlich)
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren unseren Talentpool

**Damit bringen Sie uns voran**:

- Abgeschlossene Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftspsychologie / HR / IT oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im Active Sourcing (idealerweise im IT-Umfeld) und mit gängigen AS Tools (z.B. XING Talent Manager, LinkedIn Recruiter u.a.)
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Grundkenntnisse in IT-Technologie wünschenswert
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung gepaart mit Out of the box-Denken und Gespür für Trends im Recruiting
- Ausgeprägte Überzeugungskraft und Kommunikationsstärke in Englisch und Deutsch
