**What you will do**:
Wir suchen einen **Service Contracts Specialist (m/w/d)**. Renault Trucks ist ein Unternehmen, das Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Bei uns kannst Du Dich beruflich weiterentwickeln und aktiv an der Gestaltung der Mobilität der Zukunft mitwirken.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Aktivierung und Reporting von Serviceverträgen sowie deren Analyse und Kontrolle
- Portfoliogespräche mit Händlern und Werkstätten sowie Erarbeiten von Maßnahmenplänen
- Erstellung der Jahresendabrechnung
- Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Serviceverträgen
- Schriftlicher und telefonischer Kontakt mit Händlern, Werkstätten und Kunden bzgl. Vertragskalkulationen sowie Pricing
- Fachliche Prüfung und Genehmigung eingereichter Serviceverträge auf Plausibilität und fachliche Richtigkeit für die Vertragsanlage
- Bearbeitung von Vertragsanpassungen, -umschreibungen sowie -kündigungen
- Übernahme von einzelnen Projektaufgaben, insbesondere im Claim Handling

**Who are you?**:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Umfeld der Händler
- und Werkstattbetreuung
- Möglichst Kenntnisse der Nutzfahrzeugbranche und Volvo rucks/Renault Trucks (v.a. Fahrzeuge und Serviceverträge)
- Möglichst Kenntnisse von Werkstattabläufen und Prozessen sowie Teilewesen
- Erfahrung mit dem Erstellen von Reports
- Vorzugsweise Werkstatt
- oder Aftersales-Erfahrung in der LKW bzw. Automobilbranche
- Gute Office Kenntnisse und Business Objekts
- Sehr gute Deutsch -und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kommunikative Eigenschaften sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich uns ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Gutes Zeitmanagement und Fähigkeit zu priorisieren
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
- Spaß und Interesse an technischen Fragestellungen
- Zahlenverständnis und analytische Denkweise
