**Your tasks**:

- You serve as the technical and disciplinary head of a development lab in the field of mobile radio measurement technology.
- You hold responsibility for the software development of the physical signaling layer for the 3GPP standard 5G, subsequent standards and WIFI capabilities in our products.
- You manage R&S 3GPP standardization across the board, and lead the 3GPP RAN1/RAN2 members in your team.
- Your self-driven working style is based on structured planning, result-oriented and commercial reasoning, and positively impacts your environment.
- You push development efforts, successfully initiate and promote strategic and operational changes and implement them.
- You enjoy personal interaction with our key customers, and ensure that the highest quality and product functionality levels are maintained based on time and market requirements.

**Your qualifications**:

- You have previously worked as a team manager / technical manager, ideally in a telecommunications organization.
- You continuously support your employees, identify potential in the team, develop talents and create careers perspectives.
- You have profound knowledge in 3GPP standardization or in comparable innovative committees.
- Your knowledge of modern, agile software development methods and tools sets you apart.
- You are able to inspire others, communicate openly with our intercontinental locations, interact confidently in intercultural environments and show great organizational skills.
