**Stellenbeschreibung**:
rec-U Deutschland ist eine auf die Direktvermittlung spezialisierte Personalberatung mit Sitz in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Mit Begeisterung und Tatendrang arbeiten wir jeden Tag hinter den Kulissen unseren Kunden an der idealen Besetzung von Experten
- und Managementpositionen. Der Fokus unserer Vermittlungstätigkeiten liegt hierbei vor allem auf Positionen der Fachdisziplinen Einkauf und Supply Chain / Operations in der gesamten DACH-Region.

Im Rahmen eines Mandates für unseren Kunden aus der Luftfahrtbranche, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of HR & Administration (m/w/d) im Großraum München.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- **
**Zuständig für das Recruitment, die Betreuung und die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens sowie für Querschnitts
- und Stabsaufgaben wie Arbeitsschutz, Facility Management, Exportkontrolle, Sicherheit, Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Führungskräfte in Personalmanagement
- und -entwicklungsfragen
- Bewertung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter Prozesse, Methoden und Standards
- Einführung und Fortschritt moderner IT-Systeme für den eigenen Bereich
- Begleitung und aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen auf Unternehmensebene
- Kontinuierliche, kooperative und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer, Führungskräften und dem Betriebsrat
- Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und Gütern für die betriebliche Infrastruktur, z.B. Werkschutz und Mietobjekte
- Aufbau und Pflege professioneller Kunden-Lieferanten-Beziehungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten Dokumentenmanagements
- Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit
- Disziplinarische Verantwortung für Exportkontroll
- und Sicherheitsbeauftragte
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung einer Abteilung mit etwa 10 Mitarbeitern
- Direkte Berichterstattung an den Geschäftsführer

**Voraussetzungen**:
**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht oder abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Fähigkeit, eigene Impulse zu setzen, Veränderungen zu initiieren und nachhaltig umzusetzen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat erforderlich
- Belastbarkeit und hohe Eigenmotivation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Erlangung der Ü2 Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach dem Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG)
- Die Stellenausschreibung ist aus vertraglichen Gründen auf NATO-Staatsangehörige und NATO-gleichgestellte Staatsangehörige beschränkt
