Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) has been established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan. Our European headquarter is located in Hoofddorp – The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Hallbergmoos (Germany), Redditch (United Kingdom) and a software development office in Gdansk (Poland).


Your Profile:

  • University degree in business administration or similar
  • Working in T1 experience
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in automotive business would be an advantage
  • Fluent in German
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Self-organization
  • Intercultural competence
  • Negotiation skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution and management of all sales related tasks (e.g. RFI, RFQ, Task Force) towards the customer
  • Lead all pre-nomination RfI and RfQ activities on assigned target business
  • Price and quotation negotiations
  • Preparation of internal KPI and sales forecasts
  • Establish, maintain and grow customer relationships and manage the network with critical stakeholders
  • Communicates client needs and demands within the organization
  • Contract management
