**Technology Operation & Administration Expert (w/m/d) - Product Owner z/OS**:
**Wir bieten facettenreiche Aufgaben**:

- **Aktivitäten im Service Lifecycle-Prozess / Grundauftrag**
- Übernimmt im Regelfall als "Zuständiger" oder "Koordinator" Prozessaktivitäten im Rahmen des Service Lifecycle mit Fokus auf Aufgaben im Service Operation für Infrastrukturkomponenten
- Zu den operativen Tätigkeiten gehören konkret:

- RACF SAF & CSF: Zertifikats-Erstellung und Erneuerung, Signing Requests, RACF-Schutz von CSF-Komponenten
- SMP/E: Installation von und Migration auf neue z/OS-Releases und proaktive Wartung (RSU-Refreshs) sowie Wartung auf Anforderung, ggf. Dumpanalyse
- Communcation Server: TCPIP, VTAM, PAGENT etc. Konfiguration, dynamische Änderungen etc., auch verschlüsselter Verbindungen
- DFSMS: SMS-Konfiguration und Plattenverwaltung
- Implementierung von IBM ZD&T (Z Development and Test Environment)
- **Service Design und Build**
- Bereitstellung/ Weiterentwicklung vom z/OS unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Änderungen am z/OS, auch im laufenden Betrieb
- **Koordination und Steuerung systemadministrativer Aufgaben**
- Koordination und Steuerung systemadministrativer Aufgaben in definierten Prozessen (z.B. Konfiguration von Mainframe, Netzwerkkomponenten, Configuration
- und Lizenzmanagement, Berechtigungsvergabe )
- Monitoring der Service Performance und laufende Optimierung im Rahmen des Event-Managements
- **Change, Problem und Incident Management**
- Analyse von Problemsituationen und Durchführung der Fehlerbehebung und 2nd Level Support, ggf. Einleiten von Eskalationen
- Systematisieren von Fehlern, Initiieren des Verbesserungsprozesses zur Fehlerprävention
- Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen in Zusammenarbeit mit Application & Technology Management, IT-Performance Management und ggf. externen Providern
- **Technisches Produktmanagement für z/OS**
- Nimmt die Funktion des Product Owner für z/OS wahr
- Wesentliche Themen sind Produktentscheidungen, die operative Releasepflege (u.a. in Form von Betriebsprojekten) und die Lizenzverwaltung, -vermessung/-prüfung, -nachkauf
- Abstimmung mit Produktanbietern, Meldung von Produktfehlern, Testen von Korrekturen
- **Beratung und Projektarbeit**
- Unterstützt als "Experte" IT-Entwicklungsprojekte mit Beratungs
- und Konzeptionsleistung zu infrastrukturrelevanten Anforderungen und bei der Prüfung und Bewertung von Komponentendefinitionen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- **Ausbildung**
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) in der Fachrichtung IT- und Telekommunikation oder Banken bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
- **Fachwissen**
- Umfangreiches IT-Wissen über die in der KfW eingesetzten Technologiestacks
(Host, Client/Server, Datenbanken, Ablaufsteuerung )
- z/OS und der System z Plattform u.a.
- RACF SAF & CSF.
- IBM ZD&T (Z Development and Test Environment)
- IBM zCX
- Vorteilhaft:

- z/VM und Linux on IBM Z
- Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung von: IBM Z NetView, IBM Z System Automation, IBM GDPS
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der KfW-IT-Prozesse, insbesondere des Change
- und Softwarebereitstellungsprozesses
- Umfangreiche bankfachliche Kenntnisse
