Als SAP Operations and Technology Manager (m/w/d) werden Sie für unsere globale SAP-Landschaft verantwortlich sein und mit internen und externen Supportteams zusammenarbeiten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Verwaltung von Plattformen wie SAP Netweaver PI, BTP, CPI und Mulesoft. Mit Ihrem Team werden Sie das SAP-Basis-Setup, die Anwendungslandschaft und die Architektur definieren. Sie werden zudem innovative Technologien wie Automation und Chatbots einsetzen und zur weiteren Optimierung von Supportprozessen beitragen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung des SAP-Operations-Teams, einschließlich des Integrations- und Entwicklungs-Teams

  • Koordination der Implementierung von Anforderungen und Bereitstellung von technischer Beratung für unsere Geschäftsbereiche

  • Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in unserer SAP-Landschaft und Festlegung der Roadmaps für unsere SAP-Landschaft basierend auf Cloud-Technologien

  • Bereitstellung technischer Expertise für unsere Projektteams zur Implementierung und Entwicklung neuer Integrationen

  • Kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Integrationsarchitektur und -strategie unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Technologietrends

  • Überwachung des laufenden Betriebs und Unterstützung auf 1., 2. und 3. Ebene bei Vorfällen und Änderungen in SAP, um einen stabilen und leistungsfähigen Betrieb sicherzustellen

  • Organisation des Service-Managements und Berichterstattung an Geschäftspartner

  • Überwachung und Optimierung unserer IT Landschaft

  • Zusammenarbeit und Management externer Partner für einen 24/7-Betrieb

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer gesamten IT-Landschaft unter Berücksichtigung von ITIL-basierten Supportprozessen

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über:

  • einen Abschluss in Informatik/Informationssystemen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • 8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung, einschließlich Erfahrung mit SAP-Technologien und SAP-Landschaftsmanagement
  • Führungserfahrung im Bereich IT-Betrieb oder AMS
  • Kenntnisse von Netweaver PO/CPI für SAP ABAP-Systeme
  • ein Verständnis von Schnittstellentechnologien und Cloud-Anwendungen
  • starke zwischenmenschliche und organisatorische Kompetenz sowie Planungsfähigkeit
  • ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Englisch und Deutsch) und Erfahrung mit der Durchführung von Präsentationen vor unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • einen dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsansatz
  • eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Mitarbeitern, Geschäftsmitarbeitern und der Geschäftsleitung

Vorzugsweise verfügen Sie:

  • SAP-Basis- und Entwicklungskenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 in der Cloud
