Your Role and Responsibilities

Was erwartet dich?_**
- _ Du startest dein berufsbegleitendes Masterstudium zum Wintersemester 2024/25. Die Studiendauer richtet sich nach der jeweiligen Hochschule und beträgt zwischen zwei und drei Jahren._
- _ Willkommen im Team Damit du direkt voll durchstarten kannst, begleiten dich ein strukturiertes Onboarding und eine persönliche Ansprechperson während der gesamten Orientierungsphase._
- _ Wärend deines Masterstudiums wirst du bei spannenden nationalen und internationalen Projekten mitarbeiten._
- _ Bei IBM bist du ein vollwertiges Mitglied in einem unserer Teams und kannst früh wertvolle Kontakte in einem der größten globalen IT-Unternehmen knüpfen. _Dabei hast Du den Freiraum, eigene Kreativität einzubringen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- _ Der Aufgabenumfang ermöglicht es Dir, Dich ausreichend Deinem Master-Studium zu widmen. Deine Master-Thesis schreibst Du in Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Bereich._
- _ Zusätzlich stehen Dir viele IBM Learning-Angebote (Softwareentwicklungswerkzeuge, Cloud, Sustainability
- und Supply Chain-Lösungen, watsonx, Design Thinking, etc.) zur Verfügung._

**Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören u. a.**:

- Entwicklung/Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentierung von app modernization & cloud native accelerators/assets
- Durchführung von Fachvorträgen und technischen Sessions zu neuen Cloud Technologien

Von Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern mit einem Abschluss einer ausländischen Hochschule wird eine individuelle Zeugnisbewertung der Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen (ZAB) benötigt.
- Bewerberinnen und Bewerber aus Nicht-EU-Staaten müssen eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis und Aufenthaltsgenehmigung vorweisen. Bitte beachte, dass wir ein Studium an manchen Hochschulen nur Studierenden ermöglichen, die einen Bachelor-Abschluss mit 210 ECTS vorweisen können. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Du hast oder strebst einen guten Bachelor-Abschluss mit IT-technischem Schwerpunkt (bspw. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften und/oder Ingenieurwesen) und einem Notendurchschnitt 2,5 oder besser an,
- Du begeisterst dich für Themen wie AI, Cloud und modernste Softwareentwicklung.
- Du bist engagiert, löst Probleme und bist bereit, dich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bringst dich gerne ein und hast Spaß dabei.
- Deine Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist flexibel und mobil.
- Fähigkeit, Lösungen/Technologien effektiv zu präsentieren zu demonstrieren und ihren Wert in einem kundenorientierten Szenario zu erläutern,
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).
