Head of Marine (m/w/d)
**Ihr Kompetenzbereich**:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung
- Verantwortliche Quotierung und Zeichnung des Geschäftes unter Berücksichtigung der Risikoeinschätzung, Wettbewerb und Zeichnungsvollmacht
- Koordination der Schadenbearbeitung und Schadenregulierung unter Berücksichtigung des Qualitätsstandards und vereinbarten Service Level Agreements
- Beobachtung und Analyse des Bestandes hinsichtlich Rentabilität und daraus abgeleitet Ergreifung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Rechtzeitige Wahrnehmung rechtlicher, regulatorischer und steuerlicher Veränderungen in den Tätigkeitsfeldern und deren Berücksichtigung in der Zeichnungspolitik und für die übertragenen Tätigkeiten
- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit im Team durch Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Fachkompetenzen, adäquate Aufgabenverteilung, Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Ausübung der übertragenen Vollmachten und Gewährleistung, dass der Zeichnungsrahmen und die Verpflichtung aus dem Agenturvertrag eingehalten werden einschl. Monitoring des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Laufende Prüfung zur Erweiterung der gegebenen Vollmachten zur Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse und der Wirtschaftlichkeit
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise juristisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und langjährige Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Transportversicherungen
- Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Argumentations
- und Beratungsstärke
- Affinität zu Prozessgestaltungen und IT-gestützten Abläufen
- Fachspezifische Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Erfahrung im Roll-Out neuer Prozesse und deren strukturierte Implementierung
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
