Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Service Support Assistant to join one of our clients in the Electronics Manufacturing industry to join their German team. Our client develops, manufactures and sells energy recovery systems for test benches in e
- mobility, battery simulation and testing. We are looking for an individual to join for a 6 month fixed term contract.

As a Service Support Assistant you work in the Post-Sales Services Delivery department and take care of order processing in the service area, scheduling appointments and spare parts deliveries. Interesting and varied tasks await you.

Your Responsibilities:

- Order processing
- Order entry in the ERP system
- Maintaining data in the ERP system and database
- Creation of offers and transmission of order confirmations
- Coordination of delivery dates with our customers
- Creation of delivery notes and invoices and their transmission
- Travel bookings and travel expense reporting

Must Haves:

- Comfortable supporting a team and being self-motivated
- Experience working with ERP systems (internal 3 years)
- Professional experience in order processing
- Background in helping a team for expenses and invoices
- Confident and friendly demeanor with an independent way of working
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, OneNote, Outlook)
- Professional level of communication in English (internal B2 or above)
- Fluent in German
