**The contract will be limited to 1 year**

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Handling A/R requests together with the customer success department
- Continuous improvement and development of A/R processes
- Implementation of additional payment methods when necessary
- Handling encashment processes together with debt collection agencies
- Being a contact person for the payment service providers (e.g. direct debit)
- Preparing monthly A/R reports to the finance and management team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Understanding of A/R processes (assessed by exam tools)
- More than one year of experience in A/R processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in English, nice-to-have proficiency in German, additional language skills are a plus (Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Turkish)
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
