TECHNICAL SKILLS
**Essential**:
- Software Engineering: Hands-on experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
**Nice to have**:
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- GCP: Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform for scalable, robust solutions.
