About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our business development team at Briink. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and supporting our clients with sustainability expertise throughout the sales and customer success process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their sustainability needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of our ESG data platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in ESG data and sustainability, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, account management, customer success, or consulting.
  • Early experience or passion for sustainability, including sustainability consulting, auditing, supply chain ESG, or in-house sustainability management.
  • Affinity for technology and a drive to learn about building products, AI, and LLMs.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Presentation skills and experience, whether in front of 3 or 200 people.
  • Willingness to travel as part of client engagements, as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working in startups or with technology.
  • Additional business proficiency in a major European language.
  • Specific expertise in supply chain ESG procurement, ESG auditing, ESG compliance, or ESG asset management.
  • Experience doing market research, product discovery, and user interviews.
