The training coordinator CH for Leica Biosystems is responsible for preparing, monitoring, evaluating and document training activities in the company as well as maintain and extent training documents and database.

This position is part of the marketing team located in Nussloch and will be hybrid position. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the marketing team and report to the Teamleader Applications Core Histology at Leica Biosystems responsible for Application & Training Management for our Sales and Application Trainings globally. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Maintain employee training records
- Assess training and instructional effectiveness
- Maintain and improve training related standard processes, tools, infrastructure, and documentation
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Develop and maintain training aids such as training leader guides, videos and presentations, creation and publication of online tests

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Completed commercial vocational training plus working experience in managing training events
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Experience in clinical laboratory workflow consulting and Histology is a plus
- Strong communication skills, capacity for teamwork, ability to work under pressure
