About the job:
The Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us in Stuttgart, Germany. In this role, you will assist the Leadership team with supporting various operational, business, and communication tasks, typically all the way from initiation to delivery. You’ll perform non-technical project coordination from an internal customer and communication perspective. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities, bringing distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

What you will do:

- Review existing tasks and processes of the team with a focus on streamlining and automating them as well as possible, reducing redundancy where possible
- Review, restructure, and refresh our presence on the intranet in order to raise awareness and increase consistency in communication with GLS and the corporate sales team
- Optimize and automate go-to-market activities for the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region (direct and partners)
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility; step in to carry out project tasks if needed
- Manage all team meetings, including agendas and taking meeting notes, minutes, and recordings; serve as a timekeeper
- Assist with coordination of big customer, partner, and team events, e.g., team meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), etc.; collect requirements and transform them into a project pipeline and report and escalate them to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and perform quality assurance (QA) Close projects and documentation; pass project deliverables to operations
- Own the communication plan and messaging (including messaging design) to our different target audiences, which are the corporate sales team, the channel sales team (partner account managers and distribution partner account managers, certified cloud and service providers, IBM, and global system integrators), training resellers, CTPs, and training delivery partners; this has to be done for every new course or exam or offering we launch or retire
- Own all of the GLS EMEA mailing list (internal and partners) and coordinate maintenance with local team
- Own and organize our team file repositories, including presentation hub, datasheets, curriculum flowplans, and standard pitch decks
- Review and maintain the training mailing list infrastructure
- Organize our internal team meetings (QBR twice per year), monitor, coordinate, and book team travel, organize taxis and transportation, organize event locations and hotel, food, and evening events
- Document best practices and build repository for new hires

What you will bring:

- Ability to establish and document priorities and take initiative with little supervision
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Advanced skills in using Google Docs and Google Forms or other office suite software like Microsoft Office Suite or LibreOffice
- Ability to work with content management systems (CMSs) or similar tools
- Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from Red Hat Stuttgart office at least 3 days per week
- Desire to automate workflow and tasks; ability to automate routine tasks using tools like Smartsheet, scripting, or working with Macros is a plus
- Ability to organize events is a plus
- Written and verbal communication skills in German are a plus
