**Zweck und Ziel der Stelle**

Für unseren namhaften Kunden in Biberach suchen wir ab sofort, im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Project Coordinator (m/w/d).
**Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung**
- Die Hauptaufgabe besteht in der selbstständigen Koordination und Unterstützung neuer, globaler Entwicklungsprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter (m/w/d)
- Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung von neuen Prozessen, Standards und Regeln, Bewusstsein in der Organisation schaffen, Selbstmarketing betreiben
- Projektteams als Lotse (m/w/d) und zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) durch die Projekte führen. Mitwirkung an dem Setup neuer Teams sowie Training der zugrunde liegenden Prinzipien, Durchführung von 'lessons learned' Meetings
- Organisation der Kick-Off Meetings, Teammeetings (z.B. Agenda erstellen, Protokoll verteilen, Archivierung von Dokumenten), administratives Setup der Arbeitsplattform (z.B. MSTeams Sharepoint), Planung regelmäßiger, als auch adhoc Meetings abhängig von anderen Managementmeetings wie z.B. HPSC, DC, etc.
- Aufbau einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter (m/w/d) sowie Unterstützung bei der Nominierung von Teammitgliedern (m/w/d), eigenständige Zusammenführung und Erstellung von konsolidierten Projektberichten, Erstellung von Präsentationen, Literaturrecherche, etc.
- Kompetenter und zuständiger Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle beteiligten Schnittstellen (z.B. TMM, R&D PL, IPL, etc. ) im Projekt, Pflege von Projektplänen (z.B. BI FoCUS), Management von Arbeitspaketen und Kontakthalten bzw. Nachhalten der Arbeitspakete mit Beteiligten anderer Funktionsbereiche
- Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings für neue Mitarbeiter
- Regelmäßige Sicherstellung von Status Updates (z.B. von Aktionspunkten) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter; Aufbereitung der Daten/Bewertungen für Präsentationen und Berichte
- Selbständige Identifizierung von adäquaten Ansprechpartnern für aufkommende Fragen und Koordination der Kommunikation
**Fachliche Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, BWL oder vergleichbar oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung in Funktionseinheiten
- Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung mit nichtklinischen bzw. klinischen Entwicklungsprojekten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit klinischen Studien ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie interpersonelle Fähigkeiten
- Gutes Zeitmanagement, Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen
- Kundenorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Verhalten, organisatorisches Geschick sowie Kooperationsbereitschaft
- Fähigkeit in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zu agieren und zwischen diversen Stakeholdern zu vermitteln
- Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit aber auch Agilität
