**Das bewegst du bei uns**:

- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Geschäftsführung zusammen und bist gleichzeitig Teil unseres zentralen Program
- / Transformation Office Teams
- Als Chief off Staff begleitest du unsere Führungs
- und Entscheidungsgremien sowohl inhaltlich/strategisch als auch koordinativ und moderativ
- Du fungierst nicht nur als Sparringspartner:in, sondern auch als Challenger und Impuls-Geber:in für unser Top Management
- Dabei behältst du stets den Überblick über die strategischen Zielsetzungen und aktuellen Themen des Unternehmens sowie deren Umsetzung
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Analysen, Reportings für relevante Führungskräfte-Gremien
- Zudem unterstützt du eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv das Program Office bei der Steuerung definierter Unternehmensprogramme

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Management, Strategie, Unternehmensführung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in einer (strategischen) Unternehmensberatung, vorstandsnahen Beratungsfunktion, in der Unternehmenssteuerung oder einer ähnlichen Funktion mit
- Als Chief off Staff zeichnest du dich durch eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus und schaffst es, dich flexibel auf neue Gegebenheiten einzustellen
- Du hast Lust, dich stetig in neue Themengebiete und Fragestellungen eigenständig einzuarbeiten und dich mit komplexen Fragestellungen und Sachverhalten zu beschäftigen
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichem Reisen sowie fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
