Hygienist Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide expert advice on hospital hygiene and infection prevention to all departments and staff.
• Develop and implement hospital- and department-specific hygiene plans.
• Assist in the procurement of medical equipment and participate in the renovation and construction of hospital areas.
• Prepare for and conduct on-site inspections, including those by the health authority.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for all departments and staff.

**Requirements**

• Completed training as a Hygienist Specialist (m/w/d).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong social skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Interest in process optimization.
• Proficiency in common MS Office programs.
• Proof of immunization against measles.
