We are looking for a

**Your mission**:

- You are responsible for all financial activities of the organization, from budget planning to controlling of operational performance, incl. support in the acquisition of suitable companies that complement our strategy
- You lead and develop a high-performance team
- Manage the budgeting process, including the creation of financial models and forecasts
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department with a strong focus on quality
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and shareholder requirements
- Work on special projects such as establishment of new transfer pricing mechanism, liquidity or SAP migration
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to the executive team and the board of directors

**Your profile**:

- You are a strategic thinker: able to synthesize data, recognize patterns and insights, and identify ways to create and capture value
- Ideally, you have gained experience in top management consulting, private equity and/or industry experience - alternatively, multi-year big-4 accounting experience topped with being a certified auditor (“Wirtschaftsprüfer”)
- 6+ years of work experience in finance, with ideally 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- You are a team player, collaborative and always focusing on what is best for the company
- Strong knowledge of HGB and other relevant German regulation and laws
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP (migration)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and German
