Assistant to Global Chief Sales Officer

First point of contact for global internal and external enquiries to the CSO
- Receiving, processing and forwarding internal and external enquiries
- Looking after guests
- Scheduling and organizing appointments for the CSO and for other and managers as required
- Travel management: planning, coordination, travel bookings, travel expense reports
- Event organization for team events and meetings and organizational coordination with external service providers
- Minutes, reporting and follow-up of required actions
- General correspondence, mail processing and correspondence
- Compiling statistics, preparing charts and diagrams
- Creating presentations
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives led by the CSO
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Creating, updating and publishing various documents, articles and announcements

**Qualifications**
- Completed commercial or hotel management apprenticeship
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- First professional experience as assistance for Managing Directors or Sales Directors
- High customer orientation and service mindset
- Flexibility, team player and strong communicator
- High ownership and self starter attitude, high proactive
- Confident handling of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; SAP and Confluence would be an advantage
- Excellent English and good German skills
- Another European Language, Chinese, Japanese or Korean would be an advantage
