Stellenbeschreibung

In short
- Provide support and assistance to Happiness Delivery Representatives based on their needs
- Dealing on a daily basis with open disputes with Klarna and PayPal. Making sure no due chargebacks will take place
- Daily check of rejected/refused transactions on the #askyourriskofficer channel, to whitelist permitted transactions
- Contribute to our fraud prevention and deliver insights to our Finance department. Evaluate potential fraud cases and give guidance on how to approach them
- Keen to learn new IT tools and processes
- Aiming at constantly improve our system landscape and related processes in the finance team
- and operations area by understanding business needs and by challenging the status quo

Your Mission
- Provide support and assistance to Happiness Delivery Representatives based on their needs

Your story
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a successful track record in handling complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
- Advanced computer and typing skills, with experience using customer service software to manage inquiries efficiently
