**Sales Associate** (m/w/d) in Teilzeit. Sales Associates bieten exzellenten und freundlichen Service, indem sie die Bedürfnisse der Kunden einschätzen und ihnen Unterstützung anbieten. Associates in dieser Position wissen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht, wie man sie begrüßt, qualifiziert, berät und sich von ihnen verabschiedet. Sales Associates arbeiten mit ihrem Store Manager und anderen Associates zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Bedürfnisse der Kunden erfüllt werden. Jeder Associate trägt die Verantwortung für ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld und Shoppingerlebnis.

**Kundenzufriedenheit**:

- Ein herausragender Service ist wichtig, um den Kunden ein positives Erlebnis zu bieten und Loyalität in einem angenehmen Arbeitsumfeld zu generieren.
- Sie sind stets aufrecht daran interessiert, den Kunden zu helfen

- Sie bieten zusätzliche Informationen und setzen alles daran, die Kunden zufriedenzustellen

- Sie gehen professionell mit Beschwerden um, indem Sie sie an Ihren Vorgesetzten weiterleiten

**Produktkenntnisse**:

- Dazu gehören hervorragende Produktkenntnisse, die sich in der Qualität der erbrachten Dienstleistung widerspiegeln.
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Trends und Stoffe (Zusammensetzung, Terminologie, Pflegehinweise, Stilrichtungen etc.)
- Maximiert das Umsatzpotential des Produkts

**Steigerung der Umsätze**:

- Dazu gehört eine gute Kenntnis des Business, die zu einem Umsatzwachstum führt.
- Sie geben dem Store Manager Feedback über die Verkaufsschlager
- Sie bauen eine Stammkundenbasis auf
- Sie kennen die Bestseller und Ladenhüter und verbessern den allgemeinen Umsatz

**Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Schutz und Integrität**:

- Dazu gehört, dass alle Prozeduren befolgt werden und dass die Sicherheit eingehalten wird.
- Sie achten darauf, dass die Gänge sicher sind
- Sie achten darauf, dass der Lagerraum sicher ist
- Sie ergreifen Maßnahmen, wenn sich andere Associates riskant verhalten
- Sie befolgen das Verfahren zur Schadensverhütung
- Sie ergreifen Maßnahmen, um den Schwund zu reduzieren
- Sie behandeln alle Associates und Kunden mit Respekt

**PROFIL**:

- Ausbildung: Bachelor-Abschluss
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Retail bei einer luxuriösen/modernen Marke
- Sie besitzen umfangreiche Erfahrung und die Fähigkeit, in einem Markenunternehmen ein hohes Maß an Kundenservice zu gewährleisten
- Sie kommunizieren ehrlich, offen und konstruktiv
- Sie tragen zu einer inklusiven Kultur unterschiedlicher Stile und Talente bei, die auf ein klares Ziel hinarbeiten
- Sie zeigen sich flexibel und innovativ bei der Erkennung und Reaktion auf ein sich veränderndes Geschäftsumfeld
- Sie lieben den Umgang mit internationalen Kunden.
