- Develop in-depth knowledge of all aftermarket sales processes and functions
- Prepare metrics and reports as requested by leadership team, to include but not limited to monthly activity reporting
- Assist with development of sales promotions to meet targets and be responsible coordination with the Customer Service Marketing
- Develop, implement and maintain contractual templates in coordination with the sales team to meet departmental objectives
- Assist in producing proposals for maintenance or modification
- Gain an understanding of all support areas within Customer Service
- Provide data research support for current sales teams
- Maintain customer database in conjunction with sales team
- Complete data analysis for future strategies and promotions
- When necessary, complete market research through customer follow up
- Communicates extensively with prospective customers regarding Textron Aviation services
- Reports significant trends and recommends specific actions as appropriate
- Identifies and generates sales leads through various means of contacting concept customers
- Continuously researches market to identify prospective customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Aviation, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
- Minimum GPA Requirement: 3.0
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Private Pilot’s license, A&P license, or previous aerospace experience is desirable
- Customer facing experience preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
