CRM Working Student

At instagrid, we see a working student (f/m/d) as an investment. We know that you are at the start of your professional career and don’t expect you to arrive knowing how to do the job, but if you’re the right fit we want to usher you into your first full-time position.
In the first three months your responsibilities will be training and onboarding to the basics:
- Tools of the trade, onboarding to software and general concepts of CRM.
- The logic for building automations and audiences.
- How to sanity/giggle-check your work. Delivering work that you have thought out and learning what questions to ask to achieve the desired result.
From month four to six your responsibilities will be using your new skills to work more independently:
- Collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues in design, customer support, etc.
- Independently processing deliverability testing results and implementing fixes.
- Starting to take ownership of low-stakes smaller projects.
The long-term goal is that you will be able to work independently on projects once briefed and that you slowly increase taking more self-directed responsibility. To be trusted with more responsibility, you must show your willingness and ability for the individual growth required to meet those challenges. We are still a small team and every individual's contribution has a huge impact. The investment we will make in training you is only worth the effort if you match our investment in your future. Ideally, you are perhaps nine months to a year from graduation and we would look forward to hiring you as a Junior CRM Manager if we see your successful growth through the above phases.
- You pursue a degree in marketing or a degree that relates to the skills involved in CRM, with an interest in omnichannel communication or marketing data management.
- You are capable of systematically retaining detailed/complex processes.
- You would describe yourself, as enjoying both “left brain” and “right brain” tasks.
- You can communicate in English, German is a plus.
- You are genuinely interested in our brand, product, and mission.
