We seek a motivated and detail-oriented **Working Student CRM (all genders)** to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in CRM management, marketing, and customer service.

**Your Tasks**:

- Support the CRM team to implement and manage OUTFITTERY’s CRM strategy (cross-channel) including content management and technical creation of the campaign
- Perform A/B tests in the relevant CRM channels to improve campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Analyse customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the customer experience
- Provide support for ongoing CRM system maintenance and data integrity

**Your Profile**:

- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant field of study (Marketing, Business, Information Technology, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced German language skills are a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, agile environment
