**Working student CRM & eCommerce (M/F/d)**
**Your mission**:
**Role Overview**:
Join our dynamic CRM and eCommerce teams as a Working Student based in vibrant Berlin. In this role, you will focus on setting up and managing newsletter campaigns using Klaviyo and supporting updates and product launches on our website and other marketplaces. This position is ideal for a student passionate about eCommerce, who is eager to gain practical experience and make a tangible impact on our communication strategies.
**Your tasks**:
- Assist in the setup, and management of newsletter campaigns within Klaviyo to engage our customer base effectively
- Support with the launch of new products and content updates on our Shopify website and other marketplaces
**Your profile**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong academic background
- Experience from previous internships in digital marketing, CRM, eCommerce, or startup environments is required
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or another European language is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work at least ten hours per week
